Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Coordinator, located in Agra. The Admissions Coordinator will manage the end-to-end student admission process, including responding to inquiries, guiding families through enrollment procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires regular communication with prospective students and families, generating reports, and collaborating with administrative staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions process. Providing excellent customer service and staying informed about the school's programs and policies are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of Terminology to support understanding of student health and documentation..
• Training experience and ability to guide teams or individuals effectively is advantageous.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and proficiency in using technology for administrative tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Public Relations, or Administration is preferred.
• Experience in school administration or a similar role is advantageous.
