Role Overview The Recruitment Manager will be the strategic lead responsible for driving UCD’s student recruitment and admissions efforts across South Asia. This senior role combines high-level partnership development, team leadership, market analysis, and operational management to meet UCD’s international enrolment targets. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment campaigns, admissions processes, stakeholder relations, and marketing initiatives, while managing a high-performing recruitment team. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Management Develop and implement a comprehensive, market-specific recruitment strategy aligned with UCD’s global objectives. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the recruitment and admissions teams, driving performance, professional growth, and operational excellence. Support the strategic allocation of recruitment resources to enhance efficiency and optimize ROI. Recruitment & Admissions Manage and support recruitment activities including school outreach, university engagement, agent communications, and education fairs. Prior knowledge or willingness to develop deep familiarity with Ireland’s higher education system , UCD programmes, and visa procedures.
