Indian Herbs, a leader in herbal animal health solutions, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, product promotion, and technical training. This role is ideal for a science-driven marketing professional who thrives on innovation and market impact.
What You’ll Do
* Build and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence.
* Lead technical and product training for the sales team.
* Develop high-quality marketing content and product materials.
* Analyze market trends, competition, pricing and collect field insights to develop relative market strategies and to support new product development.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing & sales with business goals.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data insights.
What We’re Looking For
* B.VSc / M.VSc & MBA with knowledge & experience in Animal Science
* Minimum six years of experience in marketing strategy, training, and product management
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* Proficiency in English and Hindi
* Willingness to travel as per role requirements
Compensation
Flexible for deserving candidates; commensurate with suitability and experience.
