Marketing Manager

In this role as a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing region-specific marketing strategies to promote industrial products in sectors such as Cement, Steel, Power, and Paper. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing dealer engagement programs, new product launches, and various marketing initiatives. - Conducting competitive market research, identifying emerging trends, and exploring new business opportunities within the industry. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of industrial marketing experience, along with established connections and active networks in sectors like Cement, Steel, Power, Paper, TPC, and Excavator. Your expertise in B2B marketing, product branding, and lifecycle management will be crucial for success. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role will require significant travel to industrial sites and dealer networks across the region, with 18 days per month dedicated to field visits. You will also spend 3 days per month at the Head Office in Raipur for reporting and strategic planning, while the remaining days will be allocated for work-from-home activities such as planning, reporting, and virtual coordination. Apart from your marketing duties, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts with organizational objectives. You will provide marketing and training support to the dealer/distributor network, gather customer feedback, and conduct market perception analysis for product enhancement. Monitoring ROI on marketing activities and implementing digital marketing initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
