We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across our stores. The role includes planning promotions, boosting footfall, managing campaigns, and ensuring attractive in-store displays. The candidate will also analyze market trends, support new collection launches, and coordinate with store teams to drive sales and brand visibility.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
· Plan seasonal campaigns, sales targets, and long-term brand development activities.
· Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customer needs.
· Analyse local competitors, pricing, and consumer fashion trends to guide marketing strategies.
· Identify potential areas for new branches, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
· Create, manage, and execute multi-platform campaigns (digital, print, in-store, and social media).
· Drive promotional activities, banners, and seasonal offers to increase footfall and sales.
· Manage digital promotions through social media and WhatsApp groups.
· Oversee branding, visual merchandising, and advertising activities across all branches.
· Position and strengthen the brand by ensuring consistent messaging and attractive store displays.
· Coordinate with designers, printing vendors, and event organizers for brand visibility.
· Build strong relationships with new and returning customers to enhance retention.
· Collect and analyze customer feedback to support decision-making.
· Maintain a customer database for future campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
· Work closely with sales, purchase, and shop managers to align marketing plans with business needs.
· Ensure promotional displays, discount boards, and new collections are implemented accurately.
· Prepare, manage, and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
· Track and analyze campaign performance, sales growth, and customer insights.
· Submit periodic marketing reports to senior management.
· Lead, guide, and supervise marketing executives across branches.
· Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team targets are achieved.
· Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and external partners for project execution.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5–7 years of experience in marketing roles.
· Good communication skills
· Creative thinking and ability to develop new marketing ideas.
· Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and web-related platforms
