The vision of S t Commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partners by providing a suite of product offerings across the business lifecycle. Our products enable SMBs to start, manage & grow their D2C business. Our end to end offerings from website builder to checkout product to order management system along with aided services will supercharge seller success as they thrive in today s omni channel landscape. The ideal candi is expected to have significant keting experience in leading teams, creating strategy and delivering results in a high stakes environment. The candi will think and act both strategically and tactically: from strategic planning to detailed execution. He /She will lead data-driven plans, bring thought leadership across keting initiatives & execute them through the team. The candi is also expected to work with senior cross-functional stakeholders and should have the ability to influence without authority. We are looking for a relentless, customer-obsessed, and business-minded keter with a penchant for invention, operational excellence and delivering results. Lead the overall keting strategy across traffic, awareness, acquisition & brand keting for S t Commerce offerings Lead a team of high-performing keters across performance keting, brand, growth, lifecycle keting and community management. Work towards improving our understanding of the target audience through customer research, usability studies and data deep-dives Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of Seller acquisition initiatives to drive acquisition of new sellers. Develop the right brand strategy for overall S t commerce offerings & establish through website, social, events & PR Closely collaborate with product team to influence the product roadmap through keting insights BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of professional core keting experience Experience in managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in developing keting charters including branding, PR, content, awareness in nascent programs/start ups 7+ years of professional non-internship keting experience Experience managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience in keting or keting research Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams Experience managing content development, and campaigns for more information.
