Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term brand strategy tailored to middle-income rural customers.
• Build and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and voice across digital channels.
• Lead digital brand communication through social media, online campaigns, and content-driven initiatives.
• Design and execute viral and engagement-led marketing initiatives to increase reach and recall.
• Drive B2C marketing efforts with a strong focus on storytelling and emotional connection.
• Monitor brand performance, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across touchpoints.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of rural customer behavior, aspirations, and consumption patterns.
• Passion for branding and a willingness to play the long game of brand building.
• Proven experience in brand marketing, brand management, or digital-first marketing roles.
• Comfortable leading brand communication primarily through digital and social platforms.
