Job Overview:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for promoting our Skilling Initiatives
• 
  Support content creation: Social Media Posts, Emails, Community Engagement
• 
  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies
• 
  Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to align brand messaging
• 
  Manage and track engagement analytics and help optimize marketing performance
• 
  Help in organizing webinars, workshops, and virtual career events
• 
  Support email marketing campaigns and outreach
• 
  Maintain a clear documentation of the marketing activities, status & its impact

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  
• Creative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• 
  A creative mindset with an eye for detail and possess the ability to learn & adapt.
• 
  Self-motivated and willing to work from the office in Hyderabad.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with social media marketing or managing Instagram/LinkedIn pages
• 
  Knowledge of SEO basics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• 
  Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Sendinblue
• 
  Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or brand promotion
