Marketing & Operations Intern (3 Months | Hybrid)

D2C, marketing, content, or ecommerce operations

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll work closely with the Founder and the Founder’s Office to support key marketing and operational functions. This includes managing content execution, customer communication, vendor coordination, and keeping our daily workflows running smoothly—especially during a high-growth phase.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Marketing & Content

• Coordinate with teams for ideation and execution of content across Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Track trends, propose ideas, manage content calendars
• Support email/WhatsApp comms in brand tone

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with Shopify, 3PL & vendors
• Support customer queries, CRM and ORM
• Maintain order tracking sheets & weekly dashboards
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Design & Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in

  D2C, marketing, content, CX, or operations

• Good understanding of

  Shopify, 3PL basics, CRM tools & analytics

• Strong with

  Google Sheets + Canva

• Organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
• Someone who genuinely cares about

  women’s health & wellness
