This role is ideal for a tech-savvy candidate with a strong interest in D2C marketing, e-commerce, and women’s health. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to build and optimize Roz’s digital presence across channels. If you’ve worked in D2C, marketing, content, or ecommerce operations and want hands-on startup exposure, this role is for you. ABOUT THE ROLE: You’ll work closely with the Founder and the Founder’s Office to support key marketing and operational functions. This includes managing content execution, customer communication, vendor coordination, and keeping our daily workflows running smoothly—especially during a high-growth phase.
