Greetings from Pacific Designs! We are a Kolkata-based packaging startup serving over 300 restaurants and cafes across Eastern India. As we expand our reach, we are excited to offer Live Internship Opportunities to talented students from reputed MBA institutions of Jaipur. We are looking to onboard Marketing, Sales, and Generalist Interns for our upcoming live project, where students will gain hands-on experience in market research, sales execution, and business operations. The internship is designed to be both field-based and remote, depending on the role, and offers a stipend of ₹5,000+incentives along with a valuable learning experience. About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support our business expansion by identifying new potential customers and generating verified leads through market visits, research, and outreach. You’ll be the first step in our customer acquisition process — exploring new cafes, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and outlets to help us expand our packaging business network. Key Responsibilities • Conduct on-ground visits to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and small food businesses. • Collect business details (name, contact person, phone number, order volume, packaging needs, etc.). • Use Google Maps, Instagram, Zomato, and walk-ins to discover potential leads. • Create reports and databases of verified leads using Google Sheets. • Call or WhatsApp potential leads to understand their requirements. • Introduce Pacific Designs and share our packaging catalog. • Schedule appointments for the core sales team to convert. • Maintain lead status updates and follow-ups.
