About the Company

Live Connections (staffing & recruitment firm) is looking for MBA (Marketing) interns to support web and field research, lead generation, and simple, candidate-friendly JD creation across multiple high-growth hiring domains such as Technology, Blockchain, Pharma, BPO and other emerging sectors.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include conducting structured web research on companies, roles, and hiring trends across Tech, Blockchain, Pharma, BPO and other growing industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform field / primary research (calls, brief visits, online interviews) with hiring managers, candidates, and industry contacts to map talent demand and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads (HR heads, TA leaders, business leaders, founders) and maintain organized databases / spreadsheets or CRM entries.
• Draft simple, easy-to-understand Job Descriptions for different roles and levels, aligned with Live Connections’ service offerings.
• Prepare short research summaries and reports for internal recruiter / business development teams.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and sales team on targeted outreach lists for specific mandates and campaigns.

Qualifications

Current MBA (Marketing) student or recent graduate with strong interest in recruitment, B2B marketing, or HR services.

Required Skills

• Comfortable with intensive internet research, Excel/Google Sheets, and using LinkedIn / job portals.
• Good communication skills and ability to write clear, jargon-free JDs that any candidate can understand.
• Curious about new-age domains like Blockchain, emerging Tech, and modern outsourcing/Pharma/BPO ecosystems.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working with weekly targets for lead generation and research output.

Pay range and compensation package - 3 months Internship with Stipend
