Job Description

Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, key competitors, and industry trends.
    • Analyze customer insights and data to refine GTM strategies.
    • Assist in creating audience personas and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Campaign Support:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize GTM campaigns.
    • Assist in content creation for marketing channels, including social media, email, and blogs.
    • Help coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align GTM strategies with business goals.
    • Support the sales enablement process by creating materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and FAQs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Monitor and report on the performance of GTM campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Maintain and update GTM project timelines and trackers.

Requirements

  • Education:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong analytical and research skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or social media platforms is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative mindset with a passion for marketing and product launches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and concepts.
  • Experience with content creation or social media management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, or email marketing.
