Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support Gaavi's growth by experimenting across traction channels, creating content aligned with our brand values, and contributing to early performance marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes of startup marketing and make a direct impact.

Responsibilities:

Experiment with Traction Channels:

Identify, test, and analyze different traction channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, Telegram communities, YouTube, SEO, email marketing) to discover what drives the most effective engagement and conversions.

Content Creation & Scheduling:

Plan and publish social media content based on Gaavi's branding pillars student community, educator trust, quality education, and student empowerment. Use tools like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite to manage and track posts.

Performance Marketing:

Run small-budget experiments on platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads. Measure performance (CTR, CPC, conversions) and suggest actionable optimizations.

Market Research & Trend Spotting:

Stay updated on competitor strategies, audience behavior, and content trends in the online education space to inspire new ideas.

Collaboration with Founders:

Work closely with the founding team to refine messaging and brand voice based on audience feedback and marketing performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track the performance of different initiatives and prepare weekly reports with insights and suggestions.

Other Requirements:

A self-starter excited about marketing in early-stage startups

Comfortable using design and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Strong communication and writing skills

Curious, analytical, and willing to learn from failures

Prior experience in managing social media handles, student communities, or digital campaigns is a plus.

💰 Compensation:

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• And a chance to full time job after internship completion
