About Gaavi: Gaavi is a marketplace for online courses. Simply put, Gaavi is like Zomato for Online Courses. On Gaavi, Educators can publish courses to expand their reach. Students can discover educators and their courses. Qualifications: 0–2 years of field sales experience (freshers with high energy welcome). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Telugu, as the role involves meeting educators and explaining the platform clearly Willingness to travel locally and meet educators face-to-face. Self-starter attitude with basic understanding of mobile apps/internet platforms. Familiarity with the education ecosystem is a plus. Responsibilities – Educator Onboarding ✅ 1. Lead Sourcing Identify and research potential educators in government job preparation and other key categories. Visit coaching institutes, individual educators, tuition centers, and online educators across the region. Collect contact information, course offerings, and assess their suitability for Gaavi. ✅ 2. Lead Outreach & Pitches Conduct face-to-face meetings with educators to introduce Gaavi. Clearly explain Gaavi’s value proposition: visibility, ease of sales, community reach, and platform commission model. Share success stories and explain how Gaavi is different from Classplus, Graphy, etc. ✅ 3. Follow-Ups & Relationship Building Maintain timely follow-ups with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, or personal visits. Resolve their doubts regarding revenue, content security, or platform usage. Act as the point of contact between educator and Gaavi team for technical or support queries. ✅ 4. Lead Conversion Assist educators in completing their KYC onboarding (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank details). Guide them in uploading or preparing their first course on Gaavi (videos, thumbnails, pricing). Ensure course quality is aligned with Gaavi's standards (can coordinate with internal team if needed). ✅ 5. Reporting & CRM Updates Update daily lead status and progress in CRM or Excel sheets as directed. Share weekly reports with conversion metrics: leads added, meetings done, KYC completed, and courses published. ✅ 6. Feedback & Market Intelligence Collect feedback from educators on what they expect from the platform. Share competitive insights from the field (e.g., pricing models used by other platforms, market needs). This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes of startup marketing and make a direct impact. Responsibilities: Experiment with Traction Channels: Identify, test, and analyze different traction channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, Telegram communities, YouTube, SEO, email marketing) to discover what drives the most effective engagement and conversions. Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan and publish social media content based on Gaavi's branding pillars student community, educator trust, quality education, and student empowerment. Use tools like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite to manage and track posts. Performance Marketing: Run small-budget experiments on platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads.
