About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic full-time Content Marketing Intern to empower our marketing team in our quest to create thought leadership about employee engagement and contribute to lead-generation efforts.

You will be responsible for writing and distributing inspiring content that educates, engages, and converts HR decision-makers into company culture evangelists.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in Content Marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

This is a paid internship role with a competitive stipend.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and optimizing content for blogs, social media, emails, and other marketing channels while ensuring alignment with CultureMonkey’s brand voice.

• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to support marketing initiatives and refine product messaging.

• Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimization, and staying updated on industry best practices.

• Contribute to social media strategies by crafting engaging copies, brainstorming creative post ideas, and enhancing CultureMonkey’s online presence.

• Track key metrics to measure content performance and leverage insights for continuous improvement across content distribution channels.

What It Will Take:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in content marketing or related fields.

• A strong command of written and spoken English is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

• Bonus points for familiarity with SaaS marketing.
