About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital growth through engaging, organic content. You will manage content across Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat and others. This role involves content creation, UGC integration, create and execute campaigns and tracking performance to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow company presence across platforms: Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat and social media handles

Strategically plan, design, and schedule engaging content for social media including Stories, Reels, Hashtag usage, and Instagrid

Focus on organic content creation

Analyze performance metrics and report weekly social engagement, reach, and trends

Collaborate with the content team to write compelling copy, captions, and content for social media

Source and integrate UGC (User Generated Content) into campaigns to build trust and authenticity

Stay updated with evolving trends, hashtags, meme culture, and platform-specific engagement strategies

Preferred Skills

Good knowledge of Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn strategies and communities.

Strong understanding of Reels algorithms and organic growth techniques

Hands-on experience or understanding of UGC content curation and repurposing

Proficient in Content Writing – able to write captions, posts, and user-focused content

Creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and interactive formats

Basic understanding of social media analytics (reach, impressions, engagement)

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field

Hands-on experience with social media content creation (academic or personal projects acceptable)

Good communication and inter-personal skills

Passion for organic digital marketing and online trends

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
