Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives/Promoters to join our on-ground activation teams. You will be responsible for engaging individuals, promoting a product or service, facilitating adoption, and ensuring active participation, all while working towards ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities: · Customer Engagement: Directly approach and engage target customers in designated market areas (e.g., retail points, public spaces, residential areas). · Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the client's product or service. · User/Customer Acquisition: Facilitate new customer acquisition, registrations, or trials as per campaign objectives. · Active Adoption: Guide customers through initial steps of product/service usage, ensuring successful first-time adoption and active engagement. · Relationship Building: Build immediate rapport and trust with potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns. · Market Feedback: Collect real-time feedback on customer perceptions, market trends, and competitive activities, reporting observations to the Team Leader. · Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption. · Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Qualifications: · Fresher - 2 years of experience in field sales, direct promotions, customer acquisition, or similar on-ground roles. · Prior experience promoting consumer products, services, or digital platforms is a plus. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in local languages (as per specified location) and basic English. · Ability to explain concepts clearly and persuasively. · Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets in a dynamic environment. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. · Familiarity with the local market and target audience demographics is an advantage.
