Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and segment target markets in industrial, government, and commercial sectors. Plan and oversee branding, promotional, and lead generation activities. Business Development Support Work closely with the sales and business development teams to support client acquisition. Generate qualified B2B leads through online/offline campaigns and industry events. Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with EPCs, contractors, and consultants. Digital Marketing & Content Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing. Supervise the development of technical content (case studies, white papers, brochures, etc.). Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Industry Presence & Events Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs. Organize webinars, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities. Market Intelligence & Reporting Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in engineering / marketing / business; MBA preferred. 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role in steel, Strong knowledge of PEB, High rise building, refinery structure, bridge girders, heavy steel fabrication, steel bridges, bridge structures, industrial structures. Strong understanding of industrial buying behaviour and B2B marketing techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
