• Marketing Head We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Head to lead our brand, digital, and creative strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FMCG marketing, digital growth, packaging design, and influencer-driven campaigns while also leveraging AI tools and new-age media to drive brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the overall marketing strategy for across digital, print, and retail. • Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity through innovative campaigns, packaging innovations, festive launches, and influencer collaborations. • Digital & Social Media: Lead high-impact campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, meme pages, and influencer platforms. • Creative Direction: Oversee development of video ads, motion graphics, packaging, gift hampers, and AI-generated creatives. • Campaign Innovation: Launch performance marketing, meme collaborations, and AIpowered campaigns to boost engagement.
