About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Specialist who will own the growth funnel at Unisouk, both offline and digital acquisition . You will work directly with the founding team and take full ownership of growth experiments, funnels, paid campaigns, and offline user acquisition strategies. If you're creative, data-driven, and excited to take a marketplace brand to the market, we want to hear from you! Qualifications 🔹 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing , paid campaigns , or performance marketing 🔹 Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Meta Ads , and analytics tools 🔹 Experience building funnels using landing pages & automation tools 🔹 Exposure to offline marketing tactics is a strong plus 🔹 Strategic thinker with strong execution mindset 🔹 Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced startup 🔹 Interest or background in D2C brands & marketplace models is a plus Core Responsibilities ✅ Plan & execute offline marketing campaigns to drive local visibility & engagement ✅ Set up and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads accounts ✅ Define buyer personas and seller personas ✅ Create lead magnets (free audit, case study, checklist, etc.) to drive conversions ✅ Run paid campaigns to acquire both buyers & sellers ✅ Build & manage funnels with landing pages & automation (Email + WhatsApp) ✅ Weekly analysis & reporting of campaign ROI & funnel performance ✅ Collaborate with the content & design team to create high-converting creatives 👉 Apply now and be part of shaping the future of Unisouk Show more Show less
