Digital Marketing Manager

build the entire marketing engine



Key Responsibilities & Areas of Ownership


As our Marketing Manager, you will own the full spectrum of digital strategy, from organic growth to paid acquisition and content execution.


1. Search Engine & Website Management (SEO & PPC)


  • SEO Strategy:

    Develop and execute comprehensive

    SEO

    strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversion rates.
  • PPC Campaign Management:

    Plan, implement, and manage high-performing

    PPC

    campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, focusing on lead generation and ROI.
  • Website Development & Maintenance:

    Manage the company website built on

    WordPress

    . Responsibilities include regular maintenance, performance optimization, security updates, and implementing CRO best practices.


2. Content & Social Media Marketing


  • Blog Management:

    Oversee the content calendar and manage the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
  • Social Media Strategy:

    Drive engagement and lead generation across primary B2B channels, specifically

    LinkedIn

    , and manage presence/content for platforms like

    Instagram

    .
  • Email Marketing:

    Develop and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.


3. Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement


  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth

    market research

    to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development:

    Lead the creation, refinement, and

    population of ICPs

    and Buyer Personas to ensure all marketing efforts are highly targeted.
  • Sales Team Collaboration:

    Work

    closely with the sales team

    to ensure seamless lead handover, align messaging, and provide necessary marketing collateral and support for closing deals.



What You Bring


  • Experience:

    2-3 years in a dedicated Digital Marketing or Growth role, preferably within a B2B or startup environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proven expertise in

    SEO, PPC, and WordPress

    administration.
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
  • Location:

    Must be willing to

    work from our office in Kothrud, Pune

    (This is not a remote position).
  • Shift:

    Commitment to a

    Morning Shift

    schedule.
