Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to improve student admissions, brand visibility, and institutional outreach . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for admissions and branding Plan and execute offline & online marketing campaigns Coordinate school visits, seminars, education fairs, and counselling programs Manage digital marketing (social media, website promotion, WhatsApp campaigns) Generate and follow up on admission leads Analyze market trends, competition, and admission data Coordinate with admission team, faculty, and management Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analysis Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing / Management / Related Field Proven experience in educational marketing or admissions preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital marketing tools & social media platforms Ability to work with targets and deadlines Good presentation and negotiation skills Experience: Minimum 1–3 years experience in marketing (Education sector preferred) Salary: As per experience and industry standards Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Admission Head / Marketing Manager / Director Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹9,463.92 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
