Marketing Executive / Manager
 to strengthen our school and college outreach programs and build strong brand visibility for Toprankers in western India.
Role Overview
As a 
Marketing Executive / Manager
, you will play a key role in 
driving student acquisition, partnerships, and brand engagement
 at the regional level. Your primary focus will be on building strong connects with 
schools, colleges, and academic institutions
, executing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand presence for Toprankers across Pune and Maharashtra.This is a high-energy, field-focused role that blends 
relationship-building, event management, and strategic marketing execution
.
Key Responsibilities
-  Institutional Outreach & Partnerships
 
Identify, approach, and build partnerships with 
schools, junior colleges, and universities
 across Pune and nearby cities.Conduct 
career awareness seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions
 in schools/colleges to promote Toprankers’ programs.Develop long-term academic relationships with principals, coordinators, and career counsellors.Collaborate with the academic and counselling teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional events and follow-up leads.
-  Marketing Campaign Execution
 
Plan and execute 
local marketing campaigns
, including print, outdoor, and digital outreach.Coordinate and represent Toprankers at 
education fairs, inter-school/college events, fests, and competitions
.Identify new branding opportunities within academic institutions and community networks.Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content for offline and online use.
-  Lead Generation & Conversion Support
 
Drive student lead generation through outreach activities, seminars, and referral programs.
Ensure effective data capture, follow-up, and lead handover to the counselling/admissions team.Track ROI of marketing activities and provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns.
-  Brand Building & Reporting
 
Ensure brand visibility and consistency in all local marketing initiatives.Regularly update reports on marketing activities, outreach events, partnerships, and lead conversions.Represent Toprankers as a 
brand ambassador
 across schools and educational ecosystems in the region.
Desired Profile
Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in 
Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
 preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience
 in marketing, institutional outreach, or business development (preferably in the 
EdTech / Test-prep / Education sector
).
Prior experience in school or college connects
 is 
highly preferred
.Candidates with a strong local network in Pune and nearby regions will have an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong relationship-building ability and confidence in engaging with school authorities.Hands-on experience in event management and field marketing.High ownership mindset, target-oriented approach, and ability to work independently.Comfort with travel within Pune and Maharashtra for outreach activities.
