Job Description: Marketing Executive

Location: Rama University , Mandhana Campus , Kanpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2-5 Years

Job Summary:

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote university programs.
Collaborate with admission teams to generate and convert leads.
Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and website updates.
Organize and attend education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for marketing collateral (brochures, videos, banners, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
Maintain relationships with school counselors, coaching centers, and education consultants.
Work closely with the CRM team for lead tracking and follow-up strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel for marketing campaigns and events.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with student admissions marketing or educational brand promotion.
Knowledge of regional languages and cultural nuances for North India campaigns.
Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
