Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote concrete products in construction, landscaping, and infrastructure markets.
Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales quotations and contracts.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, builders, architects, government bodies, and distributors.

Maintain sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Ability to work in the field and travel extensively.

Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and result orientation.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

13 years of experience in sales, preferably in concrete products or building materials.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
