ROLE OVERVIEW


  • We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented

    Marketing Executive

    to own the execution of content across our marketing places & channels — Amazon, Instagram, WhatsApp (B2B), Pinterest, Website and YouTube. Your work will directly shape how the brand is seen, shared, and loved.
  • This is not just a scheduling or assistant role — you’ll be actively

    shooting, editing, and adapting content

    based on the platform’s format, our brand tone, and audience goals. You’ll repurpose content from photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content to create impactful visuals that drive results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, shoot, and edit visually rich content (photos + videos) aligned with Pinfliers’ premium aesthetic.
  • Repurpose user-generated content (UGC), influencer content and in-house shoots across platforms.
  • Execute daily or weekly content plans for amazon, website, instagram, you tube & other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Head for briefs and reviews; follow internal processes and timelines.
  • Coordinate with freelance editors or designers when required.
  • Track and report basic performance metrics (e.g., views, reach, engagement).


SKILLS

  • Proven experience in content creation, shooting, and editing (2–3 years).
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video tools (InShot or similar). Adobe Suite is a bonus.
  • A strong eye for detail, lighting, styling, and aesthetic brand visuals.
  • Comfortable working with artificial lighting setups for product/lifestyle shoots.
  • Basic proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and consistent with task delivery.


BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience in D2C/lifestyle/party product brands.
  • Familiarity with Pinterest and YouTube Shorts trends.
  • Caption writing or visual storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Timely execution of weekly/monthly content plans across platforms.
  • High content approval rate with brand-aligned output.
  • Consistency, ownership, and responsiveness to feedback.
  • Strong contribution to overall visibility, recall, and sales through content.
