Job Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to drive international business growth through strategic email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of acquiring international clients, managing CRM tools, and executing campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing:
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns to reach potential international clients and drive conversions.
• LinkedIn Outreach:
• Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies for lead generation, networking, and client acquisition.
• Online Platforms:
• Regularly bid and engage on freelance portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr to secure international projects.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain client data, follow-ups, and campaign tracking using CRM tools.
• Proposal Writing:
• Prepare customized proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in international client acquisition through digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Proficiency in using freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr.
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
• Prior experience working in a creative, architectural, or 3D visualization studio is a plus.
