We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 Year experience. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals related to accounting, taxation, auditing, and related financial services. A strong focus will be placed on meeting monthly sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Attractive travel allowance and performance-based incentives will be provided. Responsibilities Candidates preferred with own two-wheeler & valid driving license. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for accounting and financial services. Identify client pain points and understand how our services provide solutions to their problems Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand needs and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in software. Collaborate with internal teams (accountants, auditors, tax advisors) to ensure smooth client onboarding. Follow up with prospective clients to close deals and gather feedback post-sales. Stay up to date with trends in accounting services and the competitive landscape. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines. Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services. Facilitate smooth onboarding of clients. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in accounting, finance, or B2B services. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of financial and accounting services is a plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Experience : 1-2 Years Location : Aluva Salary : As per Industry Standards .
