We are looking for a creative and committed Marketing Executive to join our team and help take the club’s outreach and engagement initiatives to the ne Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and execute club events, workshops, seminars, webinars, and competitions that align with Hedge Club’s mission. • Coordinate logistics, venues, communication, and vendor relationships for seamless event execution. • Collaborate with faculty, student ambassadors, and internal teams to design engaging learning and networking experiences. • Drive member engagement through strategic marketing, both online and offline. • Manage event budgets, schedules, and feedback reports. • Support branding and promotion of the Hedge Club in academic institutions, youth communities, and online platforms. • Contribute to the design and setup of learning spaces or co-working hubs during events or special campaigns • Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field. • 2 years of hands-on experience in planning and managing events, preferably in educational or youth-oriented environments. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Basic design or social media marketing skills are a plus. • Comfortable working in a team and engaging with students and young professionals. special campaigns.
