Our Partner is a leading player in the corporate gifting industry, and is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore. Our company specializes in providing innovative and customized gifting solutions to top corporations across India.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive from the corporate gifting industry to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the corporate gifting market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our corporate gifting products and services.

2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and other marketing initiatives.

3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

6. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.

7. Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, emailers, and social media content.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the corporate gifting industry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

6. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
