Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement sales strategies for BAR, Flat Products, Wire Rods & International Business.Identify new market opportunities and drive profitability.2. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.Understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction and retention.3. Marketing & BrandingExecute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.Enhance digital presence through online and social media channels.4. Market Research & AnalysisIdentify emerging industry trends and new business opportunities.Analyze customer feedback and competitor data to make strategic decisions.5. Sales Performance & ReportingTrack sales performance, take corrective actions, and prepare management reports.6. Budget ManagementManage sales and marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.7. Team LeadershipLead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.Drive process discipline, reviews, and accountability.Qualifications & SkillsStrong understanding of specialty steel products and market trends.Proficient in CRM and other sales/marketing tools.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-first orientation.Organized, disciplined, and proactive.Why Join Us?
