Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing market plans, conducting market research, executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Own and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Email, Social, Content, Partnerships, etc.)
Design and manage full-funnel growth campaigns across acquisition and retention
Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize ROI
Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates
Collaborate with product, design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives
Evaluate new tools and platforms to improve marketing performance
Plan and manage content strategy to drive growth through SEO-optimized, high-converting assets across blogs, landing pages, and emails.

Qualifications

Market Planning and Market Research skill
sStrong communication and Collaboration skill
sExperience in Sales and Marketin
gAbility to analyze market trends and customer need
sBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fiel
dPrevious experience in a similar role is a plu
sProficiency in digital marketing tools and platform
