As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Generalist to expand our presence and engage our community across various platforms.

Role Overview:


We are seeking a Marketing Generalist who will be the driving force behind our digital and offline brand growth. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, hands-on executor, and data-driven marketer who can conceptualise, plan, and run campaigns end-to-end. You will be responsible for scaling our social media channels, building our rider community, and amplifying Altor’s voice across multiple touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Growth

  • Build and scale Altor’s social media presence using a blend of organic and paid strategies.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, blogs).
  • Run data-driven campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.


Campaigns & Content


  • Conceptualise, design, and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end across channels.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams for high-quality, impactful content.
  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.


Community Building


  • Manage and grow the #FriendsOfAltor & The Biking Podcast rider community across online and offline platforms.
  • Drive engagement through discussions, activities, meetups, and activations.


Email & Performance Marketing


  • Create and manage email campaigns for product launches, community updates, and retention.
  • Assist in executing inorganic campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.


Offline & On-ground Activations


  • Conceptualise and execute events, brand activations, and partnerships with rider groups, colleges, and communities.


Analytics & Growth


  • Track, measure, and report performance across campaigns and channels.
  • Experiment with new growth ideas and scale successful initiatives.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or growth roles (startup/consumer brand experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management, email tools, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for content creation (visual & written).
  • Creative, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for mobility, tech, or biking communities is needed; being a rider is a major brownie point.
