About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for both event management and marketing initiatives—from planning and executing awareness events across India to developing digital campaigns, content, and social media strategies that strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Development

• Create engaging social media campaigns (reels, videos, carousels, graphics, memes).
• Design creatives using Canva/Adobe Suite; edit videos with Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
• Capture and edit photos and videos from events for campaigns.
• Use motion graphics and animations for reels and stories.
• Collaborate with social media managers to ensure visuals support storytelling.
• Stay up to date with trending formats, hashtags, and viral content.

Event Management & Execution

• Plan, organize, and execute awareness sessions and promotional events across India.
• Manage logistics including travel, equipment, catering, and branding.
• Supervise event setup, on-site operations, and troubleshoot in real time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and event regulations.

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support events.
• Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports.
• Use analytics and insights to improve future campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro required; After Effects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and event/project management tools.
