Experience / Qualifications A high caliber engineering/science graduate with or without PG as MBA. Preferably

having experience in Composite industry.

He / She should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and

should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and

competitive environment.

Having knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018

>4 years of prior experience in sales function

Should be conversant with Chemical and related industry

Develop business plans and marketing strategy in consultation with Central Sales Head

for various products

Explore new market for composite based products in allotted Region

Register the company profile with major consultants of various products and

segments thereof

Timely fulfillment of legal contractual arrangement with dealers, distributors and

liaising agents

Job Description

Ensure that annual targets set by the Central sales Head are achieved

Visit customer sites periodically and meet customer representatives to maintain

better relations

Ensure timely submission of quotation & Tenders

Ensure timely and satisfactory closure of complaints

Ensure timely payments as per the agreements with clients

Accountability

Determine competence requirements for subordinates. Carry out periodic

competence assessment of subordinates and initiate necessary actions to develop

necessary competence

Ensure adherence to departmental procedural requirements

Ensure upkeep of relevant records

Authority

Completely authorized to take all decisions pertaining to the sales function and shall

consult Central sales head wherever necessary

Authorized to sanction leaves, advances, expenses, etc. of subordinates

Authorized to take all decisions pertaining to Liaoning and negotiating with clients,

various other companies, government (regarding tenders) etc.

Authorize tour plans of subordinates

Authorized to exercise control on the marketing budget

Authorized to set targets and benchmarks for achievement

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinates

Key Result Areas Improved Profitability and Sales/Revenue achievement as per the target

Timely collection
