Job Description

Position: Marketing Designer/Social Media Designer only from IT Companies or Background.

Location:

Candidates only from IT Background would be preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Designer with a strong background in creating impactful marketing collateral for technology solutions. In this role, you will design engaging visuals that communicate the value of our data and analytics offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling and brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and incorporate company messaging into design deliverables for various channels.
Design and update web pages and landing pages for enhanced user experience and brand consistency.
Create brochures, Power point decks, data sheets, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and digital assets for web and social media.
Convert complex technical concepts and data insights into visually clear and engaging graphics.
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains tone consistency.
Work with content teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to integrate visuals with messaging.
Bring innovative design ideas for marketing campaigns and thought leadership content.
Manage multiple design tasks, maintain quality, and meet deadlines.
Stay informed about design trends, competitor strategies, and industry standards.
Review and refine designs for accuracy, consistency, and high visual impact.
Work collaboratively with a Marketing design team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing design with a portfolio of tech-focused work.
3+ years in marketing for a technology or data analytics company (mandatory).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of data visualization and ability to tell stories visually.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and collaborative skills.
Familiarity with web design and social media best practices.
