About Welnez

Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Your Role

You coordinate all marketing activities across digital, content, PR, and trade channels. You work with external agencies, manage content calendars, organize events, and ensure consistent brand communication. You report to the CEO and work closely with the Medical Director on thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly webinars, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements for the Medical Director
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
  • Liaise with external agencies for website updates, SEO/SEM campaigns, video production, and PR activities
  • Organize influencer and journalist visits including itinerary planning, hosting coordination, and content deliverable tracking
  • Plan and execute trade show participation including booth setup, collateral preparation, and lead capture
  • Maintain marketing calendar, vendor relationships, and campaign budgets
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare monthly performance reports for management

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or wellness
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and basic design software (Canva or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; Malayalam proficiency preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred:

  • Experience with wellness, Ayurveda, or healthcare marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools
  • Prior experience coordinating influencer or media relations
  • Photography/videography coordination experience

Work Environment

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • On-site role with occasional travel for trade shows and media events
