Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Support customer engagement activities
Manage social media updates and digital marketing tasks (posting, content scheduling, monitoring)
Help in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems with client and lead information
Draft presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for internal/external use
Provide administrative support to the marketing team (meeting notes, follow-ups, scheduling)

Requirements

MBA/BBA or similar degree (Freshers welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and business software tools
Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic business environments
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
