Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Content Creation:

• Develop engaging marketing content for social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and website/blog updates.
• Create presentations and marketing materials tailored to different client segments.
• Track campaign performance, prepare simple reports, and share insights with the management.
  

Campaign & Social Media Management:

• Manage daily social media posting, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• Create visuals and improve overall content quality.
• Monitor campaign and social insights to suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
• Assist in running simple digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

Quotations and CRM Management:

• Prepare and share quotations with clients while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Update the CRM with client details, communication history, and marketing activity records.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date information within CRM and shared folders.
• Support minimal follow-up only when required for marketing coordination.

Strategic Marketing and Operations:

• Support basic research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Help in coordinating events, webinars, or promotional activities as needed.
• Assist in maintaining positive client interactions where required for marketing tasks.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email tools, or CRM systems is an added advantage.
