Job Description

Monitor & Maintain Windows Server OS (2016/2019) and components like IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and more.
Network Mastery : Work with concepts like NAT, VLANs, and OS networking.
Email Systems : Manage email servers, client tools (Outlook/WebApp), and protocols (IMAP, SMTP).
Troubleshoot IIS : Master SSL, load balancing, application pools, and ASP.NET issues.
SQL Server : Install, manage, and optimize databases with backups/restores.
Automation : Harness PowerShell for smarter system management.
Detect & Solve : Analyze system logs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth performance.
Document Solutions : Maintain clear documentation for processes and troubleshooting steps.
Virtualization : Work hands-on with HyperV, VMware , or VirtualBox solutions.

What You Bring

2+ years of Windows Server (2016/2019) administration experience.
Proven skills in managing Windows OS, IIS, and SQL Server.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
24x7 availability for critical systems support (remote flexibility).
Bonus: Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCSE, or similar) is a big plus!
