Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, creating materials, managing events, and maintaining digital channels. Duties and responsibilities 

    • Draft and oversee the creation of reports, presentations, websites, press releases, and other communication materials.

• Track, measure, and report campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness.

• Provide guidance to clients on marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies.

• Coordinate and deliver events such as workshops, meetings, launches, and community initiatives.

• Evaluate products and services to determine marketing and advertising requirements.

• Develop and manage public relations programs to enhance brand visibility and communication.

• Organize media activities including press briefings, interviews, and promotional events.

• Oversee social media channels, including customer engagement, reviews, and testimonials.

• Conduct market research and surveys to better understand customer needs and preferences.

• Design and execute digital and direct marketing campaigns with engaging content.

Qualification 

* 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred (internships included).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

* Experience with marketing automation platforms and social media scheduling tools preferred.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Advanced English Level
