About the Role

You’ll help shape and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels, email, content and community. From editing scroll-stopping reels to launching growth campaigns and building loyalty among users, this role is for someone who’s ready to think creatively, act quickly, and own the day-to-day marketing engine of Kifaayat. 


Think: Zomato, Nishair and more - we want to build a highly engaged online community. 


Key Responsibilities


Content & Video

  • Edit high-quality, engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Contribute to YouTube content and storytelling when needed
  • Identify and ride trends while staying true to Kifaayat’s voice and mission


Social Media & Community

  • Plan and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Build and engage our community—reply to DMs, comments, and build meaningful creator/influencer partnerships
  • Launch and support ambassador or creator programs
  • Create AI automations where applicable to make your work easier and efficient


Email & CRM

  • Create newsletters and campaigns using our email marketing software
  • Develop user journeys and messaging strategies to retain and re-engage users
  • Create AI automations where applicable to make your work easier and efficient
  • Share performance metrics and insights


Growth & Strategy

  • Propose and execute bold, creative growth ideas—referral programs, viral campaigns, collaborations
  • Solve challenges independently and bring ideas, not just problems
  • Track performance, test experiments, and refine strategy


Product Collaboration

  • Provide feedback from users to help improve product features and UX
  • Support user onboarding and engagement efforts


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, content creation, or social media marketing
  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Marketing, Product Design, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot or similar tools)
  • Creative thinker who takes initiative and solves problems efficiently
  • Confident using and exploring new tools like Beehiiv, Canva, and analytics platforms
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Passionate about Desi fashion, sustainability, and building community
  • Based in Delhi, Mumbai or Bengaluru
