The Role We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead our communication strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving visibility, engagement, and brand positioning through thoughtful, integrated marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop & implement integrated marketing and communication strategies Create compelling press releases, editorials, and media kits Lead PR initiatives and cultivate media relationships Manage social media & digital presence Execute campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement events Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Track and report communication performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field 4+years in Marketing Communications (hospitality preferred) Strong content creation, organization & project management skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media Creative mindset with a good eye for design and trends Preferred Experience with luxury or resort hospitality brands Familiarity with Marriott brand systems (preferred, not mandatory) Join Us If you’re passionate about storytelling, branding, and luxury hospitality — this is your sign.
