As a Marketing Communications Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the communication strategy of our luxury resort. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies, crafting compelling press releases, editorials, and media kits, managing social media and digital presence, as well as overseeing PR initiatives and media relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement events while tracking and reporting on communication performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong content creation, organization, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. A creative mindset with an eye for design and trends will set you apart, and experience with luxury or resort hospitality brands would be a plus.
