Job Summary:


Regnova is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Communication Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, managing communication channels, and ensuring that Regnova’s services resonate with our target audiences in the healthcare, beauty, and pharmaceutical sectors. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with Regnova's business objectives. 
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content across digital platforms including blogs and outreach campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and KPIs are achieved. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and increase ROI. 
  • Manage the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for both search engines and user experience. 
  • Ensure all external communications, including outreach campaigns and promotional materials, align with Regnova’s brand voice and messaging, supporting corporate communication efforts and executive messaging. 
  • Develop case studies, presentations, and reports to showcase marketing outcomes and support sales and business development efforts. 


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, with a preference for experience in the healthcare, beauty, or pharmaceutical industries. 
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored for various audiences. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving. 


Nice to Have:


  • Experience in managing B2B marketing strategies and creating materials that resonate with corporate audiences. 
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks within healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing. 
  • Knowledge of paid media channels and campaign execution. 
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies and automation tools.
