Marketing & Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities

Website & Digital Presence

• Manage and update the

  company website

  (content, visuals, and project highlights).
• Coordinate with the web developer for

  SEO optimization

  , new product pages, and case studies.
• Ensure the website reflects the latest machines, videos, and client case studies.
  

Marketing Collateral

• Design and maintain

  brochures, catalogs, datasheets, presentations

  , and

  exhibition materials

  (like LogiMAT or IMTEX).
• Coordinate with the

  design team or external agencies

  for creative layouts and printing.
• Prepare

  product-specific one-pagers

  with inputs from design and automation engineers.

Brand & Communication

• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across all channels digital, print, exhibitions, and sales decks.
• Write or edit

  technical content

  (simplified and clear) for brochures and web pages.
• Maintain and update

  corporate profile, taglines, and branding templates.

Social Media & Outreach

• Plan and schedule posts on

  LinkedIn, YouTube, and other B2B platforms.

• Share project updates, product launches, and success stories.
  
• Work with sales and engineering teams to convert internal achievements into case studies.
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with external vendors

  designers, printers, photographers, video editors

  .
• Track deliverables (brochure updates, website changes, content deadlines).
  
• Prepare a

  monthly marketing activity report

  for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (Engineering background a plus).
