Marketing Business Head

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Business Head to lead and scale our marketing initiatives across all verticals. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, performance marketing, lead generation, and digital innovation while aligning marketing strategies with business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Branding) to drive growth. Identify market trends and positioning opportunities. Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate channels. Optimize customer acquisition funnels and marketing ROI. Implement data-driven decision-making using analytics and KPIs. Brand & Content Strategy Build and enhance the company’s brand identity and online presence. Oversee content creation, storytelling, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring performance, creativity, and efficiency. Hire, train, and develop top marketing talent. Business Growth & Partnerships Work closely with the Business Development team to support GTM (go-to-market) strategies. Establish partnerships, influencer relations, and PR opportunities. Key Requirements Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing leadership roles. Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and branding. Experience working with CRMs, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution. Experience in [insert your industry: SaaS, Real Estate, FMCG, HR Tech, etc.] is a plus. Preferred Qualifications MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in scaling startups or building marketing teams from scratch. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and Martech platforms.
