About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and email marketing. This role is centred on driving measurable business impact through the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) to drive qualified leads and revenue. Build and manage email campaign segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance tracking. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to guide targeted lead generation. Align with sales and marketing teams to craft messaging and support pipeline growth. Analyze key metrics (open, click, conversion rates, MQLs) and drive continuous improvement. Maintain and improve CRM and automation tools for lead tracking and nurturing. Stay updated on best practices in growth marketing and email deliverability. Requirements 2+ years in growth or digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and email. Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM platforms. Strong analytical skills; ability to draw insights and optimize campaigns. Experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, social). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with failure and ability to learn and grow from it. Adaptable to changing circumstances and proactive in problem-solving. And finally, loves taking ownership and driving initiatives.
