About the role: We are currently seeking a Associate Consultant to join our team. The role will focus on ensuring end to end management of projects and engaging with clients. This role requires someone with 0-3 years of experience who can effectively manage projects, engage with NGO founders and CXOs, and understand problems across domains. As WeDoGood is a startup in the scaling phase, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and demonstrate leadership qualities. You will also be involved in managing part-time team members/volunteers who come with deep expertise across different domains and help structure our projects. This is an In person role from our Bangalore Office (HSR Layout) Responsibilities: Engage with NGO founders and CXOs to understand their project requirements across multiple domains and scope their challenges into actionable projects. Foster relationships with key stakeholders of existing partner NGOs to drive project success. Connect regularly with NGOs, & volunteers, to ensure smooth communication, provide updates, and successful execution of projects. Identify common operational challenges nonprofits face and turn them into templated projects to drive business revenue. Manage day-to-day operations and projects while also working on initiatives to improve the structure and efficiency of the verticals. Evaluate different strategies and run tests to identify successful approaches and areas for improvement to enhance project outcomes. Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field 0-3 years of experience in project management or consulting roles Strong leadership skills and a high level of ownership, with the ability to manage teams effectively. Comfortable working with the latest technology (including no code tools) and leveraging it to improve operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. A strong interest in learning and adapting to new business areas and organizational structures while contributing to the scaling and growth of the organisation.

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and email marketing. This role is centred on driving measurable business impact through the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns. If you are analytical, proactive, and data-driven, we d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) to drive qualified leads and revenue. Build and manage email campaign segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance tracking. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to guide targeted lead generation.
