We are lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and initiating conversations with social ventures, corporates and other potential clients. Responsibilities: Source leads from various databases and channels to identify potential clients. Initiate outreach efforts to engage with corporates and NGOs and generate interest in WeDoGoods services. Pitch WeDoGood effectively with different target audiences and tailor the pitch to address their specific needs and pain points. Articulate WeDoGoods value proposition and entire model during meetings. Build relationships with stakeholders and foster connections within the social sector community. Maintain a database of leads and client interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Utilize excel and other tech tools to manage and analyze sales data effectively. Create proposals and other documentation to support the sales process. Structure meetings, take notes, and identify next steps to ensure timely follow-up and action. Requirements: Someone who gains energy from talking to people and building relationships. Has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. Should have a knack for achieving targets. At WeDoGood, we believe in the power of a strong, engaged community and are looking for a Community Manager to join our team and help us nurture our community of volunteers. As a Community Manager, you'll oversee volunteer onboarding and engagement, plan community events, and keep our community informed and engaged. As WeDoGood is a startup in the scaling phase, we want someone who will be able to own lead work streams and work with the latest technology stack. you'll have the chance to lead all the revenue streams of WeDoGood while being a key contributor to our long term sustainability. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for the volunteer community. Address any concerns, feedback, or suggestions from volunteers. Plan, organize, and execute offline and online events to engage and inspire the community. Create initiatives and programs to keep volunteers motivated and actively involved across domains and experience levels. Conduct interviews and show of interest calls with potential volunteers. Select and onboard volunteers based on their skills and the needs of our partner NGOs. Build and continuously improve frameworks for the onboarding and management of volunteers. Manage and maintain our communication channels for volunteer community, including social media, newsletter and other platforms. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote volunteer opportunities and community events. Requirements Someone who gains energy from talking to people and building relationships.
